Can Everyone be Right?

In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit. Judges 17:6

Is it possible for everyone to be right? Only when each right is determined by each person’s heart. So everyone may be right, but there are 7 billion different answers. In those days Israel had a King, He was the Lord God, but Israel wanted a human king like the peoples around them. So Israel rejected the King and Creator of Everything, and stumbled around doing whatever seemed right to each person. This may have been more than 3,000 years ago, but it sounds a lot like modern times. A few years back the message was follow your heart, or do your own thing, or just do it. Sounds good, except when everyone follows their own way, the fruit of this anarchy is destruction which we are seeing today. Proverbs 14:12 sums it up: There is a way which seems right to a person, but its end is the way of death. King Solomon said there is nothing new under the sun. May we learn from the past and turn to the Truth, to the Mighty One, God, the Lord.
