Lean on Me, When You’re Not Strong…

“Cometo me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, forI am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden islight.” Matt 11:28-30 (NIV)
 
 
Are youcarrying a heavy burden?  Perhaps it istrying to provide for your family or caring for your parents.  Is it a demanding job or maybe just a meanboss.  Jesus is calling you.  When he says take my yoke upon you, it’s not foryou to carry his yoke, but rather for you to come in under Jesus’ double yoke, withhim carrying the burden while you find rest in him, and learning from him on yourwalk of faith together.  Give it all toJesus.
